Cancellation Policy
1. Scope
This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which a client may cancel services rendered by Tech Titan Technology LLP. It applies to all service agreements including CRM implementation, customization, integrations, and support plans.
2. Service Cancellation Request
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to your assigned Account Manager or to helpdesk@techtitan.co.in.
- The request must include the reason for cancellation, project name, and client details.
- Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made prior to invoice generation.
3. No Cancellation After Invoicing
- Once an invoice has been issued, cancellation is not permitted.
- Clients are obligated to settle all invoiced amounts as per the agreed terms, regardless of project status or initiation.
- This policy applies to all service types, including but not limited to:
- One-time setup or implementation services
- Monthly or annual support retainers
- Custom development and integration work
4. Exceptions
Tech Titan Technology LLP reserves the right to cancel any service or agreement under exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Client breach of contract or terms of use
- Failure to comply with Tech Titan Technology LLP’s usage policies
- Misuse of services or abusive behavior toward staff
In such cases, any decision regarding refunds will be at Tech Titan Technology LLP’s sole discretion.
5. Modifications to This Policy
Tech Titan Technology LLP may revise this policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any material changes at least 15 days in advance.
